WIAA Mourns the Loss of Bob Shaner

Bob Shaner, long time athletic director at Tumwater High School and former state tournament manager of the Gridiron Classic and 3A, 4A State Basketball, passed away peacefully last night following a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. Bob was an admired administrator, quick with a smile, and a staunch ambassador for kids.

Bob's memorial will be at 11:00am on Saturday, October 4, at Tumwater High School.
