The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association is proud to announce a partnership with FanFund.org, a free crowdfunding service that has already helped school programs from Seattle to San Diego raise more than $500,000.
"We're excited to work with the WIAA,” said Dudley Carr. “The WIAA deeply understands the needs of schools and programs within Washington State, and we're honored that the WIAA is investing time and energy to work with FanFund.org to help solve this problem for schools and athletic programs."
FanFund.org is committed to making sure teams succeed by raising more money and keeping all of it. Teams, schools and programs will receive 100 percent of all donations with the only cost coming from credit card fees.
FanFund.org is compliant with Washington state fundraising regulations, meaning schools will receive every donation within 24 hours even while the fundraiser continues. FanFund.org is happy to work any school or booster club directly.
“It was imperative for our association to identify a crowdfunding solution that abides by Washington fundraising laws and provides the most return for member schools,” said WIAA Executive Director Mike Colbrese. “We’ve found a tremendous option for schools to use in FanFund.org and are excited to see how this service will help school programs.”
