Mental training is a vital part of your workout, especially now with sports on hold here in Washington. To help student-athletes and coaches make mental conditioning a priority, the WIAA has teamed up with Collin Henderson and Ngozi Musa for Mind Gym, a series of seminars to help cultivate motivation and master habits of excellence.
As former WIAA student-athletes, Collin and Ngozi know what it's like to be in our athletes' shoes. As mindset coaches, they're here for student-athletes and coaches to help train mental toughness. It's time to get your mental reps in.
